The information collected is used solely to verify the authenticity of NFC tags and to maintain system security. We do not track individual users or store personal information beyond what is necessary for the validation service.

Data Retention

Validation logs are retained for security analysis and fraud prevention purposes. Tag data displayed during validation is processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers beyond the necessary logs.

All validation requests are transmitted securely via HTTPS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, secure database practices, and regular security audits.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties. Tag validation data may be shared with tag owners or brand partners who have legitimate business purposes for accessing their own product authentication data.

Cookies and Tracking

Our pages use Google Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate, such as how many visitors view each page. Google Analytics sets cookies so that it can tell returning browsers apart. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising. You can block these cookies with your browser settings or a content blocker without affecting tag validation. Tag validation itself requires no account.
