By accessing or using The NFC Mint validation service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

The NFC Mint provides NFC tag authentication services using cryptographic verification. The Service validates NFC tags through URL-based validation and mobile application scanning to verify the authenticity of tags registered with The NFC Mint.

Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. Service uptime is not guaranteed.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring their device's NFC functionality is working correctly

• Using the Service only for legitimate authentication purposes

• Not attempting to reverse engineer, circumvent, or compromise the security of the Service

• Not using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service

• Scanning tags in appropriate conditions with compatible devices

Validation Results

Validation results provided by the Service indicate whether a tag's cryptographic signature matches our records. However, validation results should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions. Users should employ multiple verification methods when assessing authenticity.

Limitation of Liability

The NFC Mint LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

• False positive or false negative validation results

• Any reliance placed on the validation results

• Service interruptions or errors

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the Service are owned by The NFC Mint LLC or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon the rights of others

• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

• Engage in fraudulent activities

Rate Limiting and Access Control
